The ingredients needed to cook Momos chutney:
- Get 12-15 of Dried red chillies.
- Take 3-4 of red tomatoes.
- You need 1 tbsp of oil.
- Prepare 10-15 of garlic finely, chopped.
- Use 1 inch of grated ginger.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of soya sauce.
Instructions to make Momos chutney:
- Take a red chilli removed the stems now take a bowl add water when it is boiled add red chilli and keep on boiling it untill red chilli soft.
- Take tomatoes cut into half and put into boiled water and boiled them 7-8 minutes turn off the flame and strain it now removed the tomatoes skin.
- Put into tomatoes and red chilli in a blender and make a smooth paste.
- Heat a pan add oil add ginger and garlic saute it add soya sauce stir it now add paste cook it for 2-3 minutes.
