  1. Mix curd, water and salt with a beater. Add coriander leaves and green chilli. Mix well. Add in the ric and mix well. Heat ghee in a vessel. Add hing, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves and whole red chillies. Once they splutter pour over the curd rice. Enjoy!.
